Overview
Efficient, sustainable, and integrable domestic hot water
The WLHP for DHW is a water-to-water heat pump module designed for domestic hot water production in closed-loop systems, ideal for residential buildings, commercial spaces, and collective facilities.
Thanks to DC Inverter technology and the use of the natural refrigerant R290, the system ensures maximum comfort with reduced energy consumption, fully complying with the latest environmental regulations.
During the summer period, it enables domestic hot water production with full heat recovery.

Energy Efficiency and Sustainability
The WLHP for DHW ensures high performance even at low operating temperatures:
- COP up to 4.8 in heating mode
- High DHW efficiency with an L load profile (UNI EN 16147)
- Reduced electricity consumption and optimized performance
The R290 refrigerant, with a charge of less than 150 g, provides minimal environmental impact and excellent thermodynamic efficiency; it also ensures anti-legionella function without the need for an electric heater.
Easy Integration into Loop Systems
Designed for simple connection to existing piping, the WLHP for DHW:
- Installs directly on closed-loop circuits
- Can be paired with an integrated 107-liter tank for optimal domestic hot water management
It can also be used as a temperature-boosting heat pump, helping to maintain the system’s thermal balance.
Features
Comfort and total control
The unit features a touch display with on-board controls (with or without Wi-Fi) for intuitive and immediate operation. Supervision can be performed externally via Modbus, through the INNOVA Butler supervision system, or, if a Wi-Fi antenna is present, via the INNOVA App.
Also usable as a booster on a loop circuit
The heat pump alone, when installed on a loop circuit, can act as a booster to maintain the system temperature.
