The goal of SERVICE is to guarantee customer satisfaction when using an INNOVA product for the longest possible time. Therefoe not only repairs but also: telephone and e-mail support for advice and information on everything that can be referred to the product, its use and its maintenance.
To do this, in addition to the headquarters staff, INNOVA makes use of the best SAT partners in the area, selected on the basis of their experience and specifically trained on the products, with annual recalls, so that each of their interventions can be decisive.

First Start-up only in Italy
To request Pre-starting + First Start-up or First Start-up only for PdC (heat pumps), VMC (controlled mechanical ventilation), BUTLER, WLHP, OKKI and DUCTO fan coil units + wall control M7 series, it is necessary to fill in and send the forms available in the section below (only for Italy).
