In the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, in Roncone, a new concept of mountain hospitality was born: theGreen Hotel Genzianella. A radical redevelopment project transformed a historic building into a virtuous example of sustainability, comfort, and smart technology.

Today, the Green Hotel Genzianella is a fully renovated hotel that preserves the charm of a traditional alpine chalet while enriching it with cutting-edge technological features. The project took shape without any invasive interventions on the building’s envelope: no thermal insulation cladding, no photovoltaic system. It was a technical challenge that resulted in a low environmental impact solution, thanks to a plant system entirely based on high-efficiency energy technologies developed by INNOVA.

The building's energy needs are met by our STØNE heat pumps, which operate at low temperatures and provide both climate control and domestic hot water production in all seasons. The system was designed to deliver maximum performance even in harsh weather conditions, proving the effectiveness of aerothermal technology in non-insulated settings.

All rooms and common areas have been equipped with the new >OSMO< fan coils — INNOVA’s ultra-slim line that combines quiet operation, high performance, and elegant design. Thanks to DC Inverter technology and fine airflow control, >OSMO< ensures precise climate management and uncompromising thermal and acoustic comfort.

To complete the system, a network of mechanical ventilation units (HRV) ensures indoor air quality, contributing to a healthier environment and reduced energy consumption.
