Upgrading with WLHP
At Hotel Heide, comfort is called INNOVA
NNOVA has been chosen for the plant upgrading of the Hotel Heide in Ora, an accommodation facility located in the heart of South Tyrol.
The protagonists of the intervention are WLHP (Water Loop Heat Pump) terminals: compact, efficient and silent water/air heat pumps designed to offer heating, cooling and dehumidification, all in one system. Hotel Heide chose this technology to equip the building with summer and winter air conditioning without touching existing piping, thus avoiding invasive and costly work.
Thanks to the logic of the neutral-temperature (20-30 °C) water circuit, WLHP terminals replace traditional radiators and bring each room to the desired temperature without the risk of condensation on existing, uninsulated pipes. Every room in the hotel can now enjoy autonomous and efficient air conditioning.
The intervention at the Hotel Heide is a perfect example of how WLHP technology can improve a building's energy class, reduce consumption, and provide maximum comfort, without compromising aesthetics or structure.
